Ricky Powell | All-Star Classic Photo Exhibit | Milk Studios

This past Saturday was definitely a night to remember as NYC photographer Ricky Powell [known around the world as "the fourth beastie boy"] brought together an epic collection of photography from both legendary and up-and-coming urban photographers to an All-Star Classic Group Photography Exhibition at Milk Studios. The house was filled with old school heads kicking it with the youngsters, industry people, and cool cats. DJ Stretch Armstrong and Jasmine Solano had the crowd going; and of course the open bar had everyone happy. I, of course, snapped away with my camera while I ran into friends, colleagues, and met a lot of great people. Ricky was in a festive mood as he also celebrated his 50th birthday – you couldn’t ignore his happy self going around greeting all his friends and family. (For those who attended know exactly what I’m talking about lol) Shouts to Powell for the invite and the whole team – TheGoodLife and Milk studios for a great opening night.
