My boy Danny Peguero aka “Marc Jacobs of the Hood” (Do I really have to call you that?) always has something great up his sleeve, in this case he has something up his pants sleeve.
This fall he will introduce his highly anticipated duck boot titled POME. A acronym for product-of-my-enviroment….Finally! something to wear besides those horrid Uggs Moon Boots. The boots definitely have that 1995 Polo-Helly Hensen-Hilfiger nostalgia. The colors are great for the fall and very easy to wear. It comes to no surprise that Danny would bring back some swag to the streets since he’s responsible for few you have seen around. He’s the COOGI’s top designer, Co-owner/Creative director of his own line called ‘Lavie’ and also takes credit for re-designing and dropping that good old ’8 Ball’ Leather jacket.
The Duckboots will drop mid November and will retail for about $150. You’ll be able to find them at these retailers: S&D’s Underground, ATRIUM, Goliath, Vault, and Man-Alive.
